Classes are clear, structured, and free of unnecessary rituals. You come to train your body, not to meditate for hours. Everything we do has purpose, and you feel it right away.

A team with a real sports-based approach to the body. We have worked in the US and Montenegro, in yoga studios and fitness programs. Every class is structure, not improvisation.

A SUP Yoga season you will not find at any other studio in the Bay of Kotor. Yoga on a paddleboard, the sea as your studio, the golden morning hour on the water.

From dynamic Power Yoga to gentle Slow Flow. Every format has its own purpose and intensity. Choose based on how you feel that day.

Power Yoga

60 min · medium–high intensity

A dynamic style with strong sequences. Strength, balance, and breath through a clear wave structure. You leave tired, but light and alive.

Hot Yoga

45 min · high intensity

A fast, warming format that heats the body from within. Strength, dynamism, and fire breath that boost circulation and lift your energy.

Dumbbells Yoga

60 min · srednji–visoki intenzitet

Yoga with small dumbbells (1–2 kg) that shapes the body through movement, not lifting. Strength and flexibility together, the body gets stronger and softer at the same time.

YoGalates

60 min · medium intensity

An elegant blend of yoga and pilates. Focus on core, glutes, and full-body strength through precise, controlled movements with mindful breath.

Express Core

45 min · high intensity

An intense, short class focused on core, abs, back, and hips. Fast, clear, and efficient, perfect when time is short but results matter.

Dance Yoga

60 min · medium intensity

A workout through free movement and dance. The music leads, the body follows. No wrong moves. Perfect when you need joy and energy, not just exercise.

Slow Flow

60 min · low–medium intensity

A slow class where each pose is held longer. The focus is on breath and feeling, not pace. You leave as calm as if you had a massage.

Anti-Stress Yoga

60 min · low intensity

A class for the nervous system. Lying and seated postures, blocks, long holds, and mindful breath. You literally reset the body and let the day go.

Frequently asked questions.

Of course. Slow Flow and Anti-Stress classes are great for your first time. The trainer guides you through everything — no pressure, no expectation that you know anything in advance.
Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a smile. We provide the mats and all the props.
Active members book classes through our iLo YogaFit app (App Store and Google Play), where they see the live schedule. If you are not a member yet, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange your first visit.
Yes, you can. We recommend Anti-Stress Yoga and Slow Flow. The trainer adapts the practice to each person and situation.
Most classes are 60 minutes. Express Core and Hot Yoga are 45 minutes. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early.
Yes, but only the Unlimited package. You can freeze it twice a year for two weeks, or once a year for a full month. The Start package cannot be frozen.
SUP Yoga is yoga on a paddleboard on the sea. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to experienced. You need to book at least 48h in advance because the minimum group size is 5. If there are fewer, the session is rescheduled.
